Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable AI-powered backend applications and platform services capable of supporting enterprise workloads.
• Build, optimize, and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using modern AI frameworks and best practices.
• Develop high-performance backend engines and distributed systems to support AI-driven applications and services.
• Design and implement event-driven architectures, event processing pipelines, and scalable backend integration patterns.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize cloud-native applications and infrastructure using AWS services.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines while implementing monitoring, logging, observability, and secrets management solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable software solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues, improve system performance, and continuously enhance platform reliability and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in backend software development with a strong focus on scalable, cloud-native applications.
• Hands-on experience building AI applications using LangChain, LangGraph, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AWS Bedrock.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, backend architecture, event-driven design, and modern integration patterns.
• Experience with AWS cloud services, containerized deployments, and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency with backend technologies and tools such as Redis, Temporal, Amazon Athena, and event processing frameworks.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, cloud security best practices, and infrastructure automation is highly desirable.
• Experience working in Agile development environments with excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
