Accountabilities:

Architect, develop, and maintain robust integrations between and enterprise HR platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM using Integration Hub, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.
Design, configure, and optimize automated workflows using Flow Designer, Advanced Workflow Automation (AWA), and Virtual Agent to streamline business operations and improve service delivery.
Implement and enhance generative AI and intelligent automation capabilities, including Now Assist and Predictive Intelligence, to improve user experiences and support data-driven decision-making.
Monitor and optimize platform performance using Performance Analytics, Automated Test Framework (ATF), and established platform governance practices to ensure reliability, quality, and compliance.
Manage the end-to-end development and enhancement of HRSD and ITSM modules, with a focus on Core HR Case Management, Employee Relations, and Employee Center Pro customization.
Develop advanced Service Portals with intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces tailored to diverse business and employee needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and platform best practices.
Requirements:
At least 7 years of professional experience in IT services, with substantial hands-on expertise in development and enterprise solution delivery.
Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between and HR platforms, particularly Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
Strong technical proficiency in Integration Hub, REST and SOAP APIs, Flow Designer, Advanced Workflow Automation (AWA), and Virtual Agent.
Demonstrated experience implementing generative AI and intelligent automation solutions within , including Now Assist and Predictive Intelligence.
Solid knowledge of Performance Analytics, Automated Test Framework (ATF), platform optimization, and governance standards.
Comprehensive understanding of HRSD and ITSM modules, particularly Core HR Case Management, Employee Relations, and Employee Center Pro.
Advanced development skills in Service Portal, including the ability to build and customize complex, responsive user interfaces.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities, combined with effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality solutions within established timelines.
Willingness to work within the indicated annual compensation range of ₹12–14 LPA.
