Accountabilities:

The Project Manager will oversee the successful delivery of professional services projects, ensuring alignment between customer expectations, business objectives, technical execution, and delivery standards. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management capabilities to drive successful implementations.

• Act as the primary connection point between business stakeholders, technical teams, and customers throughout project delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, communication strategies, timelines, and delivery plans.
• Manage project execution, including budgets, forecasts, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead project teams by providing direction, coaching, mentoring, and support to technical resources.
• Plan project phases, allocate resources, and monitor progress against agreed objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, issues, and escalation points.
• Apply Agile and iterative delivery methodologies to improve project outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, work breakdown structures, staffing plans, and implementation roadmaps.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports and client-facing updates.
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding expectations and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and contractual requirements.
• Support managed services delivery processes, service improvements, and operational enhancements.
• Maintain knowledge of capabilities to effectively communicate solutions and guide stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings extensive project management experience, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of technology delivery environments. They should be comfortable managing complex initiatives, collaborating across teams, and adapting to evolving business needs.

• 8+ years of professional business experience, including at least 7 years managing technology projects or programs.
• Strong experience with project management methodologies, preferably including Agile and Scrum practices.
• Proven ability to manage projects from initiation through completion while maintaining scope, budget, timeline, and quality objectives.
• Experience with strategic planning, resource allocation, milestone tracking, and delivery reporting.
• Ability to analyze project economics, evaluate costs and benefits, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Broad understanding of platform capabilities and implementation processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong facilitation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to assess risks, manage ambiguity, and operate effectively in changing environments.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing project teams.
• Comfortable working within matrixed organizations and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP certification required; Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.
• Willingness to continue developing expertise through certifications and platform accreditations.
• Previous implementation experience is highly preferred.
