Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and customize solutions on the platform based on business and technical requirements.
• Develop modern Workspace front-end experiences using UI Builder.
• Create and maintain scripts, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and other platform components.
• Translate functional requirements and technical specifications into scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of applications while following platform development best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Perform testing, debugging, performance optimization, and ongoing maintenance of applications.
• Contribute to platform improvements and adoption of emerging capabilities, including CSM, Now Assist, and Agentic AI where applicable.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of total professional experience, with at least 6+ years of relevant hands-on experience developing on the platform.
• Strong hands-on expertise in development, configuration, and scripting.
• Solid experience with UI Builder and developing Workspace front-end experiences.
• Strong understanding of architecture, platform capabilities, development standards, and best practices.
• Experience working with JavaScript and scripting frameworks.
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into reliable, scalable technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Customer Service Management (CSM), Now Assist, or Agentic AI implementations is an advantage.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality solutions within a contract-based engagement.
