FSO Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a FSO Developer based in United States.

This role focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing solutions for financial services and customer service operations. You will work across application development, workflow automation, integrations, reporting, and platform configuration to deliver scalable business solutions. The position requires deep hands-on expertise combined with practical experience in FSO or CSM implementations. You will build custom applications, develop automated workflows, and connect with external platforms through Integration Hub and API-led architectures. The role also involves partnering directly with business stakeholders to identify operational challenges and opportunities for automation. You will help strengthen platform governance while leveraging AI and automation capabilities to improve efficiency and business outcomes.

Accountabilities:

Design, configure, develop, and maintain Financial Services Operations applications and workflows.
Build and customize applications using App Engine Studio.
Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer flows, Integration Hub spokes, and Script Includes.
Design and implement integrations between and external platforms using Integration Hub.
Develop REST and SOAP integrations when suitable Integration Hub spokes are unavailable.
Design API-led integration architectures, MID Server solutions, and reliable data synchronization patterns.
Apply best practices, CSDM principles, and platform governance standards across solutions.
Leverage AI and automation capabilities to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes.
Work directly with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify automation opportunities.
Develop custom dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics indicators to track vulnerability KPIs, trends, and operational performance.
Contribute to scalable, maintainable, and well-governed implementations.

Requirements:

10+ years of hands-on development experience.
At least 2 years of experience implementing FSO or CSM solutions.
Strong experience with application development, configuration, scripting, workflows, and automation.
Hands-on expertise with App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Script Includes, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
Strong experience designing REST and SOAP integrations and API-led integration architectures.
Knowledge of MID Server architecture and data synchronization patterns.
Solid understanding of best practices, CSDM principles, and platform governance.
Experience creating dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics indicators.
Ability to understand business requirements, identify operational challenges, and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Familiarity with AI and automation capabilities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management (CIS-CSM) certification.
