Accountabilities:

As a Senior Technical Solutions Engineer, you will act as a technical advisor throughout customer engagements, helping organizations deploy, integrate, and optimize security and compliance solutions. You will combine engineering knowledge with strong communication skills to support adoption, enablement, and long-term customer success.

• Provide post-sales technical onboarding support to help customers achieve production readiness and successful platform adoption.
• Assist customers and partners with deployments across various environments, including Docker and Kubernetes-based infrastructures.
• Lead solution workshops to understand customer requirements, business objectives, and technical challenges while developing effective strategies.
• Build Python scripts and technical solutions to support customer data loading, automation, and integrations with external platforms.
• Develop, maintain, and document integration scripts that improve platform extensibility and support customer use cases.
• Demonstrate technical solutions during customer engagements and support sales activities through product demonstrations.
• Deliver customer training sessions, technical documentation, example code, and hands-on exercises to improve user enablement.
• Collaborate with product teams by sharing customer feedback, testing new features, and influencing future enhancements.
• Partner with customer success teams to increase platform adoption and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Provide responsive technical support by troubleshooting issues and guiding customers toward effective resolutions.
• Communicate technical requirements and insights across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced technical solutions professional with a strong software engineering background and the ability to bridge customer needs with technical solutions. You should be comfortable working with enterprise software, integrations, cloud environments, and complex technical challenges.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field with relevant professional experience, or equivalent practical expertise.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 7+ years with a master’s degree.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proven experience working in technical services, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience in enterprise software, B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, governance, risk, and compliance environments is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash, with experience in additional programming languages such as C#, Golang, Rust, Angular, SQL, TypeScript, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience developing integrations through APIs, REST services, data transformations, and custom scripts.
• Familiarity with Python-based frameworks and automation solutions; experience with Python, Go, or Rust integrations is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data exchange and manipulation.
• Strong requirements gathering skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.
• U.S. citizenship required, with eligibility to complete background checks and required screenings.
