The Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs and integrations that drive platform reliability and performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to modernize service-oriented architectures while ensuring accessibility, stability, and security. Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native APIs and integrations with external systems and security tools.
- Contribute to the evolution of a service-oriented platform with high reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Establish consistent service patterns, robust API standards, and integration best practices.
- Collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams to ensure accessible, standards-compliant, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Improve internal engineering tools supporting workflow automation, security triage, and vulnerability management.
- Mentor and support engineers across teams to foster technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure high-quality, stable, and secure delivery across the platform.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with hands-on backend, frontend, or full-stack development.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong expertise in cloud-native architecture, API-first design, microservices, and service-oriented systems.
- Experience with AI tools and their integration to improve platform outcomes and engineering productivity.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles or experience in security-focused domains preferred.
- Familiarity with enterprise-grade UI frameworks and agile software development practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills, with the ability to mentor peers effectively.
