Accountabilities:

• Own product features end to end, from design and implementation through rollout, iteration, and ongoing improvement.
• Work closely with Product and front-end Experience teams to translate customer needs and product goals into effective technical solutions.
• Navigate ambiguous technical and product challenges, taking initiative to establish clear paths forward without waiting for complete specifications.
• Contribute to a product-driven roadmap by helping prioritize tradeoffs, meeting real deadlines, and delivering improvements iteratively.
• Extend agentic AI capabilities into customer-facing product experiences across the broader product suite.
• Contribute a strong technical perspective to architectural decisions while collaborating effectively with other engineers and stakeholders.
• Help foster a culture of technical excellence, ownership, initiative, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise with containers, artifact registries, Docker, Kubernetes, and the broader Kubernetes ecosystem.
• Proven experience building and securing CI/CD systems.
• Proficiency in Go (Golang), or strong ability and willingness to become productive with Go quickly.
• Experience working with AI tooling and genuine enthusiasm for applying AI to complex technical and product challenges.
• Strong interest in collaborating closely with Product teams and customers to develop and launch new features.
• Strong communication skills and professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, navigate ambiguity, and proactively seek support when needed.
