Accountabilities

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will take ownership of complex engineering initiatives, helping to create secure, scalable, and developer-focused solutions. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver impactful features while contributing to technical strategy and best practices.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions that improve developer workflows and strengthen software supply chain security.
• Own features end-to-end, from technical design and implementation through deployment, monitoring, iteration, and optimization.
• Build and enhance AI-driven product experiences that support modern software development workflows.
• Develop and improve CI/CD systems, container-based solutions, and infrastructure tooling used by engineering teams.
• Make architectural decisions and provide technical guidance while balancing scalability, reliability, and customer needs.
• Work closely with product teams and stakeholders to define priorities, evaluate trade-offs, and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
• Navigate ambiguous technical challenges by proactively identifying opportunities, proposing solutions, and driving execution.
• Contribute to a strong engineering culture through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced software engineer with strong expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native technologies, and modern software delivery practices. You should be comfortable working independently, solving complex technical problems, and contributing to products used at significant scale.

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, building and scaling production systems.
• Strong experience with containers, artifact registries, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, or securing CI/CD systems and developer tooling.
• Proficiency in Go (Golang) or strong ability and willingness to quickly become productive with Go.
• Experience working with AI tools and enthusiasm for applying AI to solve complex engineering challenges.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance optimization.
• Experience operating production systems, including monitoring, alerting, debugging, and incident recovery.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, as well as databases, networking, and infrastructure technologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-moving, and low-process environment with a high level of ownership.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
