Senior Python Developer (AI/ML)

Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend components for an AI-powered chatbot testing platform using modern Python technologies.
• Build, optimize, and maintain scalable APIs and backend services using frameworks such as Django and Flask.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design system architectures supporting Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Natural Language Generation (NLG), dialogue management, and AI model integration.
• Integrate, evaluate, and optimize Generative AI solutions, Large Language Models (LLMs), and machine learning models to enhance platform capabilities and testing accuracy.
• Ensure backend systems deliver high performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability through rigorous testing, monitoring, and optimization.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and software engineers to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, technical planning, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain engineering excellence.
• Stay up to date with advancements in Generative AI, NLP, machine learning, and chatbot technologies, applying relevant innovations to improve the platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with extensive expertise in Python backend development.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or other advanced AI technologies.
• Strong experience building RESTful APIs and backend applications using Django, Flask, or similar Python frameworks.
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Natural Language Generation (NLG), and conversational AI systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, automated testing, and software development best practices.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable, production-ready systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working effectively in Agile, cross-functional, and remote teams.
