Accountabilities

The Senior Full-Stack Engineer will be responsible for designing and delivering robust applications while ensuring scalability, security, and performance across the full technology stack. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Build responsive, component-based user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks including React, Angular, or Vue.
• Design database structures, develop efficient SQL queries, and optimize performance across Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL environments.
• Implement clean architecture principles, automated testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical approaches, estimate work, and deliver product improvements.
• Manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and performance optimization initiatives.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
• Ensure application security, observability, and reliability through industry-standard practices.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong full-stack development experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. You should have a strong foundation in backend engineering while being comfortable contributing to modern frontend applications.

• 5+ years of professional experience building and maintaining production web applications.
• Strong Python programming skills with experience in at least one framework such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Proficiency with a modern JavaScript framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Strong SQL knowledge, including database design, joins, indexing, and query optimization across Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs; GraphQL experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Git workflows, branching strategies, and code review processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills in English or Hindi.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux environments.
• Experience with caching and messaging technologies such as Redis, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or CloudWatch.
• Experience with security best practices, OWASP principles, automated testing, and CI quality gates.
