Accountabilities:

The Senior Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. This role requires strong technical ownership, attention to engineering excellence, and the ability to contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle.

• Design and develop efficient, scalable, secure, and maintainable frontend and backend applications.
• Build high-quality client solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks and technologies.
• Take ownership of technical implementation, from solution design and development through successful deployment.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and deliver impactful solutions.
• Gather requirements, validate technical understanding, and maintain clear project documentation.
• Provide accurate project updates, estimates, and progress reporting using established development practices.
• Apply software development methodologies and quality standards throughout the development process.
• Develop and optimize applications that support business objectives and deliver strong user experiences.
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, testing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced full stack engineer with strong JavaScript expertise, a passion for building scalable software systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed environment.

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
• Strong experience with modern JavaScript technologies, including:
  • Angular
  • React
  • TypeScript
  • Node.js
  • Express
  • PostgreSQL
  • Experience engineering software systems of medium to large scale and complexity.
  • Strong understanding of frontend and backend application development patterns.
  • Proficiency with relational databases, SQL, and data-driven application design.
  • Experience building scalable web applications and production-ready software solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and collaborative engineering practices.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes.
  • Knowledge of source control tools and version management practices.
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, including inheritance, polymorphism, classes, and instances.
  • Familiarity with web protocols such as HTTP and data formats including JSON and XML.
  • Experience with document databases and unit testing practices is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
