Accountabilities:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, and improvement of scalable digital solutions. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, partnering with product and engineering teams to create reliable, high-quality experiences and drive technical innovation.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions across frontend and backend systems.
• Build robust backend services using Java or Kotlin, applying modern engineering practices and architectural principles.
• Develop high-quality user interfaces and frontend experiences using React.
• Contribute to the evolution of product features, infrastructure, and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, improve user experiences, and deliver impactful solutions.
• Participate in technical discussions, architecture decisions, and engineering best practices.
• Work with AI-driven systems and workflows to support innovative product capabilities.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and continuously improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Apply strong product thinking to balance technical decisions with business and user needs.
• Support a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement within engineering teams.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in full-stack development, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. You should have experience building modern applications and be comfortable contributing to both technical and product discussions.

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Java or Kotlin development.
• Solid frontend development experience with React.
• Backend development experience; knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Experience designing and building scalable applications and digital products.
• Familiarity with AI-driven systems, workflows, or technology-enabled product solutions.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, architecture, and best practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product, design, and engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working in a high-growth environment.
• Product-oriented mindset with the ability to understand user needs and business goals.
