Accountabilities:

The Senior Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and improving full-stack applications while contributing to technical innovation and delivery excellence. Key responsibilities include:

• Working as part of an Agile Scrum team to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Contributing to application architecture and technical design using Angular, Java, and Spring Boot technologies.
• Developing scalable backend services and modern frontend applications to support product growth.
• Building new features and enhancing existing functionalities while maintaining code quality and performance.
• Applying strong software engineering principles, algorithms, and design patterns to solve complex technical challenges.
• Developing and maintaining RESTful web services and backend integrations.
• Writing and automating unit tests, integration tests, and acceptance tests using tools such as JUnit, Mockito, AssertJ, and Cucumber.
• Collaborating with developers, architects, and product teams to deliver reliable solutions.
• Supporting continuous integration and improving development workflows through automation.
• Participating in code reviews and promoting best practices around maintainability, scalability, and testing.
• Working with modern development tools and technologies including Git, Maven, Jira, and CI/CD platforms.
• Continuously learning new technologies and understanding business processes to improve product outcomes.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced full-stack developer with strong expertise in Java and Angular, along with a passion for building scalable and maintainable software solutions. Required qualifications and skills include:

• 5+ years of professional experience developing applications with Angular.
• Strong experience with Java development and excellent knowledge of Java Core, Generics, Java Streams, and concurrency concepts such as CompletableFuture.
• Hands-on experience with Spring frameworks, including Spring Boot and Spring-based application development.
• Experience designing and implementing REST web services.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles and design patterns focused on efficiency, readability, testability, and maintainability.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum environments and continuous integration workflows.
• Proficiency with development tools such as Git, Jira, Maven, and Bamboo.
• Experience creating automated tests using frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, AssertJ, and Cucumber.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to address complex technical challenges.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and contribute innovative ideas.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies, domains, and business processes.

Nice-to-have skills include:

• Experience with OpenShift, containers, Docker, Kafka, and AWS.
• Experience with Angular 6–8, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of Spring Security, Spring Cloud components such as OpenFeign, Ribbon, and WireMock.
• Experience with Apache Avro, Project Reactor, Oracle databases, Swagger, and cloud-native development practices.
• Familiarity with tools such as IntelliJ IDEA, Bash, XL Deploy, and SourceTree.
