Accountabilities:

As a Senior Front End Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality applications while supporting technical growth within the team. You will contribute to solution design, collaborate with different stakeholders, and help ensure scalable and reliable software delivery through strong engineering practices.

• Develop and maintain front-end applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
• Design and implement user interfaces for web platforms with a focus on performance, usability, and scalability.
• Support technical decisions related to front-end architecture, development standards, and best practices.
• Assist team members with complex technical challenges and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Mentor developers by providing guidance on technical skills, coding practices, and professional growth.
• Perform code maintenance, debugging, testing, and continuous improvements to existing applications.
• Apply clean code principles, software architecture practices, and automated testing approaches.
• Collaborate closely with back-end teams to ensure effective integration between systems.
• Participate in agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has strong experience in front-end development, solid technical foundations, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment. You should be comfortable working with modern JavaScript ecosystems and contributing to high-quality software solutions.

• Professional experience with front-end development and modern web technologies.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Advanced experience with React and Next.js frameworks.
• Experience working with state management libraries such as Redux, Flux, or similar solutions.
• Knowledge of React Hooks and modern front-end development patterns.
• Experience applying unit testing practices, clean code principles, and clean architecture concepts.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative software development environments.
• Ability to support technical discussions, mentor peers, and share knowledge.
• Intermediate English proficiency for collaboration in international teams.
