    • Collaborate with Product, Revenue, Marketing, Business Intelligence, and Data Science teams to design, test, and iterate on vertical-focused initiatives.
    • Investigate technical issues such as reporting discrepancies and data pipeline bugs by analyzing datasets, identifying root causes, and coordinating with technical teams on solutions.
    • Design and oversee experiments to validate hypotheses and identify opportunities to improve marketing performance.
    • Contribute to analytics proof-of-concepts with strategic clients, testing and validating custom use cases and establishing potential paths toward productization.
    • Define, monitor, and report on performance OKRs, including data benchmarks, measurement accuracy, and lower-funnel performance indicators.
    • Communicate project progress, analytical findings, and strategic impact to senior internal stakeholders and external audiences.
    • Provide hands-on support for campaign reporting, measurement setup, ad-hoc data analysis, market research, and competitor research.
    • Requirements:

      • 3–5 years of experience in a technical analytics role such as Systems Analysis, Data Science, Technical Product Management, Technology Consulting, or Data Analytics.
      • Familiarity with Python and core data science libraries such as NumPy and Pandas for data manipulation, modeling, and workflow automation.
      • Solid SQL skills and experience writing queries to retrieve and analyze datasets from cloud-based data platforms.
      • Practical experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, regression analysis, and rigorous A/B testing methodologies.
      • Demonstrated ability to independently manage strategically important and operationally complex projects within cross-functional teams.
      • Strong business judgment and a structured approach to developing hypotheses, designing experiments, and applying analytical problem-solving techniques.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and external audiences.
      • Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business functions while managing multiple priorities.
      • Previous experience or familiarity with marketing and advertising technology is considered an advantage.
      • Benefits:

        • Competitive base salary of $76,000–$104,500 CAD.
        • Potential eligibility for additional compensation, including annual bonuses, commissions, or equity awards depending on the role.
        • Retirement, pension, or savings programs, where applicable.
        • Competitive paid time off packages, including birthday leave where applicable.
        • Health benefits from the first day of employment, where applicable.
        • Access to a comprehensive mental health care program.
        • Work-from-home reimbursement.
        • Optional global WeWork membership and access to hubs in London and Toronto.
        • Robust training and onboarding programs.
        • Support for professional development initiatives, including conferences, courses, books, and other learning opportunities.
        • Access to programmatic courses and certifications to support continuous learning.
        • Parental leave support.
        • Friendly, welcoming, and collaborative working environment.
        • Social and team events.
        • Benefits and perks may vary depending on the country of employment and the nature of the engagement and are administered in accordance with applicable local regulations and partner policies.
