Accountabilities
- Participate in consulting engagements to improve operational performance.
- Analyze business requests and develop systemic solutions for healthcare-related projects.
- Conduct on-site planning and requirements gathering sessions with clients.
- Create designs for new components or modifications to existing platform tools.
- Evaluate new technologies and platforms for potential integration.
- Perform process analysis and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Validate data quality and summarize findings for presentation.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Assist with QA and application support for clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience with Healthcare Administration software.
- Proficiency in SQL, Databricks, or Snowflake.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Clear communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
