The position offers the flexibility of remote work, ongoing professional development, and the opportunity to collaborate with international teams while advancing your career in a growing industry.

Accountabilities

    • Edit approximately 50–60 real estate images daily while ensuring consistent quality, accuracy, and visual appeal.
    • Enhance drone photography by improving aerial images and adding landmarks, labels, annotations, or location overlays to highlight property features.
    • Perform advanced image editing tasks, including color correction, sky replacement, perspective correction, object removal, compositing, and image retouching.
    • Utilize Affinity Photo, Affinity Designer, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and similar editing software to deliver professional-quality results.
    • Interpret and work with architectural plans, blueprints, and related documentation to support accurate visual presentations.
    • Collaborate with clients and internal team members to understand project requirements, branding guidelines, and delivery expectations.
    • Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a high-volume production environment.
    • Support additional administrative and operational tasks that contribute to the team's overall efficiency and success.
    • Requirements

      • 1–2 years of professional photo editing experience, preferably within the real estate industry.
      • Proven experience editing drone photography, including the addition of landmarks, annotations, and visual overlays.
      • Strong proficiency with Affinity Photo and/or Affinity Designer; experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom is also required.
      • Familiarity with architectural drawings, blueprints, and property-related documentation.
      • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain high-quality standards across large volumes of images.
      • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
      • Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate successfully in a fully remote team.
      • Self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to support a variety of operational and coordination responsibilities when needed.
      • Benefits

        • 100% remote work with the flexibility to work from anywhere.
        • Attractive remuneration paid in AUD.
        • Access to best-in-class technology and professional editing tools.
        • Regular training, learning, and upskilling opportunities.
        • Clear career progression with opportunities for promotion within the first year.
        • Collaborative international work environment that values professional growth and continuous improvement.
        • Inclusive workplace committed to diversity, equal opportunity, and employee success.
