Accountabilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA) initiatives and regulatory capital projects, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Risk, Finance, Treasury, and Regulatory Reporting to maintain alignment and drive timely execution.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
• Support Basel III/IV implementation programs, RWA optimization initiatives, and regulatory remediation activities.
• Drive data, process, and technology enhancements supporting capital management, risk reporting, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and develop mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.
• Prepare executive-level status reports, governance materials, project updates, and other communications for senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration across business and functional teams to resolve issues and maintain alignment with regulatory and organizational priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant project management experience within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of regulatory reporting, risk management, capital planning, and related banking processes.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple business and technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Risk-Weighted Assets, regulatory capital programs, and Basel III/IV implementation or remediation initiatives.
• Strong project planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and dependencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex project information clearly to executive-level stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining effective collaboration across distributed teams.
• Must reside within the continental United States.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future; employment eligibility verification will be required at hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
