We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the evolution of an AI-powered internal support platform designed to transform enterprise service experiences.
This role combines product strategy, AI optimization, and operational excellence to deliver scalable solutions for global users.
You will own product initiatives from discovery and prioritization to rollout and continuous improvement.
Working closely with engineering, analytics, and support teams, you will shape AI-driven workflows that improve efficiency and user satisfaction.
The position requires strong product ownership, analytical thinking, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.

Accountabilities:
- Own the day-to-day product management activities, including roadmap planning, prioritization, backlog management, requirements definition, and acceptance criteria creation.
- Lead the continuous improvement of AI-powered workflows by evaluating performance, optimizing prompts, and enhancing agent effectiveness.
- Analyze product metrics, define success indicators, and translate data insights into actionable product decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering, support operations, and analytics teams to improve workflows, escalation processes, and AI response quality.
- Drive user acceptance testing (UAT), rollout planning, stakeholder communication, and iterative product enhancements.
- Facilitate regular product reviews and alignment meetings with leadership teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve user experience, automation capabilities, and operational efficiency.
- Support the adoption of AI-driven solutions through effective communication and change management practices.
- Manage product initiatives in a fully remote, globally distributed environment.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with the ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
- Proven experience owning AI-powered products, AI agents, or agentic workflows in production environments.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, AI evaluation methods, workflow optimization, and AI quality management.
- Experience managing internal platforms, workflow tools, service experiences, or knowledge-based AI solutions.
- Experience building chat-based or collaboration-platform products, including integrations with tools such as Slack and service management platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics and use data to guide product decisions.
- Experience working with Agile teams and remote environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering, operations, and business teams.
- Fluent English proficiency for daily communication, documentation, and stakeholder interactions.
- Experience in IT support, employee service platforms, or internal productivity solutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI agent platforms or similar technologies.
- Experience implementing feedback systems, customer satisfaction metrics, observability frameworks, or global product rollouts.
- Knowledge of change management practices to support adoption of new technologies.
- Full-time remote position from Brazil or other LATAM locations.
