Workplace Type: remote

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Principal Product Manager based in Canada.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of collaboration platforms within a complex, global ecosystem.
You will lead product strategy and execution for administration experiences that enable organizations to manage users, workflows, data, and business relationships effectively.
Working at the intersection of customers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders, you will translate complex needs into intuitive product solutions.
The position requires a strong product vision, technical understanding, and the ability to influence teams across a large-scale SaaS environment.
You will drive innovation through API-first approaches, platform capabilities, and customer-focused experiences.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced product leader who enjoys solving complex problems and building products used by diverse global audiences.

Accountabilities:

As a Principal Product Manager, you will own the strategy, development, and evolution of platform capabilities that support administrators, developers, and enterprise users. You will serve as a customer advocate while partnering with engineering, leadership, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product experiences.

    • Act as the voice of customers, particularly workspace administrators, by bringing user insights, market feedback, and business needs into product decisions.
    • Own the complete product lifecycle, from discovery and concept validation through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
    • Define product strategy and roadmap priorities for workspace administration capabilities and platform services.
    • Create intuitive and consistent setup and management experiences across multiple products and workflows.
    • Lead the development and adoption of public APIs to improve integrations, extensibility, and developer experiences.
    • Build solutions that enable administrators to configure settings, manage business structures, and customize workflows.
    • Drive API-first product development approaches focused on scalable platform capabilities.
    • Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to align execution with customer outcomes.
    • Define success metrics, track product performance, and use data to guide improvements.
    • Communicate product vision, decisions, and technical concepts clearly through documentation, presentations, prototypes, and customer interactions.
    • Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a senior product leader with extensive experience building B2B SaaS products, managing complex platforms, and delivering customer-focused solutions. You should combine strong strategic thinking with technical fluency and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

      • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management within enterprise technology environments.
      • Proven experience managing products focused on administrators, purchasers, enterprise users, or platform capabilities.
      • Strong understanding of software platforms, APIs, integrations, and developer-focused product experiences.
      • Experience translating complex technical concepts into clear, accessible product strategies.
      • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence customers, engineers, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders.
      • Ability to define product success metrics, KPIs, and data-driven improvement strategies.
      • Experience leading products through discovery, development, launch, and adoption phases.
      • Strong customer empathy and ability to identify underlying problems rather than simply defining solutions.
      • Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments with evolving priorities.
      • Experience with prototypes, product documentation, and visual communication tools is a plus.
      • Previous experience as a software administrator or with enterprise platforms is beneficial.
      • Benefits:

        • Remote work flexibility within Canada.
        • Competitive compensation package, including a base salary range aligned with experience and location.
        • Potential eligibility for annual bonuses, stock grants, and additional compensation programs.
        • Comprehensive benefits package supporting employee well-being.
        • Opportunity to work on globally impactful products used by diverse organizations.
        • Collaborative environment with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and business functions.
        • Career growth opportunities within a large-scale technology organization.
        • Inclusive workplace culture focused on belonging, innovation, and meaningful impact.
