Accountabilities

• Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and long-term vision for multiple customer-facing product experiences.
• Prioritize product initiatives by balancing customer needs, business goals, technical feasibility, and market opportunities.
• Partner with Engineering and Design teams to deliver high-quality product enhancements through agile and iterative development processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, user workflows, feature adoption, and overall marketplace engagement.
• Establish and monitor key product performance metrics, including user adoption, engagement, conversion, feature utilization, and business outcomes.
• Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and other experimentation initiatives to validate product hypotheses and optimize growth.
• Analyze customer behavior, product performance, and market insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to support product launches, feature adoption, and customer enablement initiatives.
• Gather and synthesize customer and stakeholder feedback to inform roadmap prioritization and product investment decisions.
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap progress, and performance insights to cross-functional teams and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 6 years of product management experience focused on customer-facing digital products.
• Proven experience driving product growth, product-led growth (PLG), user acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Strong background developing and managing product roadmaps across multiple products, platforms, or customer experiences.
• Experience working in agile product development environments with cross-functional engineering and design teams.
• Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, experimentation frameworks, A/B testing methodologies, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting product metrics, customer behavior, conversion funnels, and feature performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex product concepts into clear business value.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while making strategic decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience within legal technology, regulated industries, or growth-stage organizations is considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with legal workflow platforms, electronic filing systems, or practice management software is a plus.
