Accountabilities:

• Partner with stakeholders, design teams, and communications leads to understand objectives, audiences, messaging, and desired outcomes, then establish an effective visual strategy.
• Design and develop high-quality presentations for executive communications, town halls, keynotes, sales, product, and other internal and external initiatives.
• Translate complex business, product, brand, and technical narratives into clear, compelling, and visually engaging presentations.
• Create supporting visual assets including patterns, illustrations, iconography, infographics, diagrams, and other graphic elements.
• Apply established design systems and brand guidelines consistently across presentations and related creative materials.
• Maintain and evolve presentation templates, frameworks, assets, and scalable design resources to ensure they remain current, accessible, and easy for stakeholders to use.
• Deliver high-quality creative work under tight deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail, visual consistency, and production standards.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, priorities, and stakeholders while responding effectively to changing requirements.
• Collaborate closely with executive communications teams and senior stakeholders, handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Use AI-enabled creative and production workflows to increase efficiency and capacity while preserving design quality, human judgment, craft, and technical credibility.
• Help raise the quality, distinctiveness, and consistency of creative expression across developer-facing communications.
• Contribute creative thinking, systems thinking, and continuous improvement to strengthen presentation design processes and stakeholder experiences.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in an agency, brand marketing, communications, marketing strategy, social media, customer evidence, or related environment; alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years of relevant experience, a Master’s degree plus 1+ year of relevant experience, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience executing communications or marketing strategies.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing and campaign management.
• At least 3 years of experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Design, Communications, Revenue, Customer Success, and external agencies or internal creative partners.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional storytelling, visual hierarchy, information design, and presentation design.
• Proven ability to transform complex business, brand, and product narratives into compelling visual presentations.
• Hands-on experience with presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Keynote, as well as professional design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Experience collaborating directly with senior leaders, executives, and communications stakeholders in fast-paced or high-stakes environments.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, visual hierarchy, iconography, illustration, infographics, animation, and presentation transitions.
• Demonstrated systems thinking, including experience creating presentation templates, frameworks, design systems, and scalable creative processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand stakeholder needs and translate feedback into effective design solutions.
• Highly organized, proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
• Strong judgment and discretion when working with confidential or highly sensitive information.
• Adaptability and responsiveness in an environment where priorities and creative requests can evolve quickly.
• Interest in leveraging AI-enabled workflows to improve creative production while maintaining high standards of design quality and human judgment.
