Accountabilities:

As a Power Platform Developer, you will design, develop, and optimize enterprise applications while supporting digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with technical and business teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions that improve business processes.

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Configure, extend, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions based on business needs.
• Implement and integrate Accela solutions with Microsoft platforms and third-party applications.
• Build automation workflows and digital solutions that streamline operations and reduce manual processes.
• Develop secure APIs, connectors, and integrations between enterprise systems.
• Design scalable solution architectures while ensuring maintainability, performance, and compliance.
• Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance applications to improve system reliability and user experience.
• Implement governance, security, deployment, and environment management best practices across Power Platform solutions.
• Participate in technical reviews, code reviews, architecture discussions, and solution planning.
• Mentor junior developers and promote strong engineering practices, documentation, and coding standards.
• Provide production support by resolving complex technical issues and ensuring application stability.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a highly experienced technology professional with strong expertise in Microsoft enterprise platforms, solution architecture, and application development.

• 10+ years of professional software development experience, including significant exposure to Microsoft enterprise technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with Accela implementation, customization, and integration.
• Extensive experience developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including application development, workflow automation, and enterprise solutions.
• Experience designing scalable enterprise architectures and integrating multiple business applications.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, web services, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with data migration, system modernization, and platform upgrade projects.
• Knowledge of security models, authentication methods, and role-based access management within Microsoft ecosystems.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Azure services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or Azure are highly desirable.
