Accountabilities:

In this role, you will contribute to the creation, evolution, and governance of a corporate Design System, ensuring scalable, accessible, and consistent digital experiences across different products and teams. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to improve engineering practices, solve complex challenges, and deliver high-value solutions.

• Develop, maintain, and evolve reusable components, patterns, and architectures for a scalable Design System.
• Establish and promote coding standards, technical guidelines, and best practices across development teams.
• Design and implement innovative solutions for complex technical challenges while aligning with strategic objectives.
• Contribute to code reviews, quality improvements, and continuous enhancement of engineering practices.
• Support troubleshooting activities, resolve critical issues, and encourage monitoring and post-mortem practices.
• Review projects and initiatives to ensure incremental delivery of business and customer value.
• Act as a technical reference in projects and external partnerships when required, coordinating technical discussions and solutions.
• Improve collaboration between design and engineering teams through shared standards, documentation, and processes.

Requirements:

We are looking for a technically strong professional with experience in frontend and mobile development, Design Systems, and scalable software architecture. The ideal candidate combines strong engineering fundamentals with a collaborative mindset and a passion for creating high-quality digital experiences.

• Strong knowledge of semantic HTML5 and native CSS3.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining scalable component libraries and Design Systems.
• Advanced experience with TypeScript and ReactJS for web applications.
• Experience with React Native and familiarity with mobile development ecosystems; knowledge of Flutter and Dart is a plus.
• Solid understanding of Design Patterns, SOLID principles, and Clean Code practices.
• Experience implementing unit tests for components using tools such as Jest, Vitest, or similar frameworks.
• Experience managing Design Tokens and integrating them with design tools such as Figma.
• Knowledge of creating business-rule-agnostic components and scalable architectures.
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and modern development practices.
• Understanding and application of accessibility standards, including WCAG AA guidelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
