.Net Developer, SaaS Manager

Accountabilities:

As a member of the SaaS platform development team, you will contribute to building and improving software products that help organizations manage their digital environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions while maintaining strong engineering standards.
• Design, develop, test, document, and maintain scalable software features using .NET/C# and related technologies.
• Deliver enhancements and improvements across the SaaS management platform from initial development through production release.
• Take ownership of assigned features, proactively identifying challenges, communicating progress, and ensuring successful delivery.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while contributing to code reviews and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand customer needs and create effective solutions.
• Participate in improving engineering processes, workflows, and overall product quality.
• Use modern development tools, including AI-assisted technologies, thoughtfully to improve productivity and software quality.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing systems, processes, and user experiences.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing across the engineering organization.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a motivated software developer with a strong foundation in backend development, a growth mindset, and the ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative environment.

• 2–4 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with .NET/C# development and familiarity with MongoDB or similar document databases.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies, frameworks, and existing codebases.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including testing, documentation, and maintainable code design.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership and drive tasks forward independently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to ask questions, share ideas, and provide constructive feedback.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI tools and their application in software development workflows.
• Bonus experience with technologies such as Go, Rust, TypeScript, React, or other modern development stacks.
• Ability to evaluate technology choices based on business and technical needs rather than personal preference.
