Accountabilities:

• Lead, mentor, and support frontend and backend development teams, fostering technical growth and collaboration.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications with a focus on quality and user experience.
• Oversee frontend development using modern frameworks while ensuring backend systems remain reliable and efficient.
• Collaborate with product, design, and other cross-functional teams to define, build, and deliver new features.
• Review technical designs, provide architectural guidance, and ensure solutions meet performance and scalability standards.
• Conduct code reviews and promote best practices, clean code, and consistent development processes.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize application performance, and drive continuous improvements.
• Manage multiple priorities while providing technical leadership and guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend improvements to tools, processes, and engineering practices.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack development or a similar technical role.
• Strong expertise in frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.
• Extensive backend development experience with PHP, Laravel, and Node.js.
• Solid understanding of database systems such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA.
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams, mentor developers, and drive technical initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with the ability to analyze complex challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Positive mindset, strong ownership, practical judgment, and the ability to make sound technical decisions.
