You will also influence senior stakeholders, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and help shape the future of secure digital customer experiences. The position is fully remote within the United States.

Accountabilities

    • Define and own the multi-year product strategy for the assigned digital product family, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities, security objectives, and customer experience goals.

    • Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, product priorities, and measurable key performance indicators (KPIs) covering adoption, quality, efficiency, automation, stability, and financial performance.

    • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Digital Product Managers, fostering strong product management practices, accountability, and continuous professional growth.

    • Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Data, Operations, and Business Architecture teams to deliver integrated, end-to-end customer identity and access management experiences.

    • Coordinate dependencies across teams, platforms, and business functions to ensure consistent delivery and alignment with broader transformation initiatives.

    • Share accountability for product delivery, platform reliability, risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational performance.

    • Monitor product performance and use data-driven insights to guide prioritization, resolve challenges, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

    • Communicate product strategy, roadmap progress, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes clearly to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

    • Promote outcome-based delivery practices and product-centric operating models to improve execution, innovation, and long-term value creation.

    • Requirements

      • At least 5 years of experience leading digital product strategy across complex platforms, enterprise environments, or multi-product portfolios.

      • At least 2 years of direct experience managing, coaching, and developing Product Managers or professionals in equivalent cross-functional leadership roles.

      • Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategies, manage roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and deliver measurable business and customer outcomes.

      • Proven experience defining, tracking, and interpreting KPIs to guide product decisions, assess performance, and drive improvements in adoption, quality, efficiency, or financial results.

      • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience collaborating across Engineering, Data, UX, Operations, and business leadership.

      • Experience working in regulated environments, balancing strategic product ownership with hands-on execution in fast-paced delivery settings.

      • Strong leadership, communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex dependencies and align teams around shared objectives.

      • A solid understanding of digital product management, platform strategy, product prioritization, and cross-functional delivery practices.

      • Preferred qualifications:

        • Experience in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) or the broader Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain.

        • Familiarity with the Ping Identity platform.

        • Experience operating within large-scale enterprise technology environments.

        • Knowledge of outcome-based delivery models and product-centric operating frameworks.

        • Experience working with modern digital platforms, data-driven capabilities, and automation-enabled solutions.

        • Benefits
