This role is perfect for a seasoned BI professional who excels at transforming complex marketing data into actionable insights and scalable reporting solutions. As a Lead Business Intelligence Analyst, you will drive modernization of reporting frameworks, create executive-level dashboards, and translate cross-channel marketing performance into clear narratives for decision-making. Partnering with marketing leaders, data engineers, and business stakeholders, you will deliver insights that influence strategy and optimize performance. The position emphasizes strategic analytics and hands-on technical expertise, requiring strong experience in Adobe Analytics, Power BI, SQL, and enterprise BI practices. This role offers autonomy, impact, and the opportunity to shape enterprise reporting and analytics strategies.

Accountabilities:

    • Translate Adobe Analytics and cross-channel marketing data into clear performance insights across acquisition, engagement, and revenue.

    • Lead executive reporting discussions, presenting monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc performance insights.

    • Design scalable BI solutions in Power BI, including semantic modeling, DAX development, and visualizations.

    • Modernize fragmented reporting into cohesive dashboards and enterprise BI frameworks.

    • Collaborate with data engineering teams across Snowflake, Azure, or BigQuery environments to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.

    • Serve as a strategic analytics partner bridging marketing, engineering, and business leadership to define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and reporting standards.

    • Identify optimization opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to influence marketing strategy.

      • Requirements:

      • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or analytics consulting.

      • 3+ years of advanced Power BI experience, including data modeling, DAX, and governance.

      • Deep hands-on expertise with Adobe Analytics.

      • Strong SQL skills with large-scale datasets.

      • Proven ability to present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and executives.

      • Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities.

      • Portfolio or work samples demonstrating reporting strategy, dashboard design, and BI solution delivery.

      • Understanding of data privacy and security standards (GDPR, CCPA) is a plus.
