Accountabilities:

The Java Software Engineer will contribute to software product development, maintenance, and improvement by designing, implementing, and troubleshooting backend solutions. The role requires strong technical skills, ownership, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications using Java and modern backend technologies.
• Build scalable solutions using Core Java, Java 8, Spring Boot, microservices, and API management frameworks.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver new features, improvements, and bug fixes.
• Analyze and resolve software issues while ensuring application reliability and performance.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from understanding requirements to implementation and support.
• Work independently to identify priorities, solve technical challenges, and complete critical tasks efficiently.
• Adapt quickly to changing requirements, technologies, and team environments.
• Contribute ideas and technical improvements to enhance development processes.
• Continuously expand technical knowledge and apply best practices in software engineering.
• Support client-facing development activities as an independent technical contributor.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a motivated Java developer with strong backend development experience and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced technology environment. You should have solid programming skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a willingness to continuously develop your expertise.

• Strong experience with Core Java and Java 8.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of API management and backend application development.
