Accountabilities:

The Integration Platform Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise integration solutions while driving technical excellence and collaboration across teams.

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise integrations using the Boomi AtomSphere platform.
• Manage the full integration lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and support.
• Build and configure Boomi processes, connectors, Atom/Molecule runtimes, and integration workflows.
• Develop customized solutions using scripting languages such as Groovy and JavaScript.
• Implement and support API management capabilities, including secure API integrations and lifecycle management.
• Apply enterprise integration patterns, API standards, and event-driven architecture principles to deliver scalable solutions.
• Integrate enterprise applications such as SAP, Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, and other SaaS platforms.
• Collaborate with application teams, enterprise architects, product teams, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions.
• Support CI/CD processes for integration development and deployment workflows.
• Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve reliability and efficiency.
• Contribute to integration strategy, best practices, and architectural improvements.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced integration professional with strong hands-on expertise in Boomi and a solid understanding of enterprise integration technologies.

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise integration development, with significant focus on Dell Boomi AtomSphere.
• Hands-on experience developing Boomi processes, configuring connectors, and managing Atom/Molecule runtimes.
• Strong scripting skills using Groovy, JavaScript, or similar technologies for integration customization.
• Experience with Boomi API Management and enterprise API lifecycle practices.
• Knowledge of API security standards, including OAuth2, mutual TLS (mTLS), and certificate-based authentication.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications such as SAP, Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, or similar SaaS platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and automation practices for integration deployments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and scalable architecture approaches.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and deliver practical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Boomi Professional or Architect certification is preferred.
• Experience with Boomi Flow, Boomi DataHub, multi-tenant integration patterns, MuleSoft, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), or SAP CPI is a plus.
• Familiarity with FinOps principles and integration cost management is preferred.
