Accountabilities:

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that supports business growth and brand communication. The role requires strong design execution, attention to detail, and the ability to manage projects independently while collaborating with stakeholders.

• Design marketing materials including logos, social media graphics, brochures, email templates, branded assets, and other digital or print collateral.
• Translate client goals and brand guidelines into effective visual concepts that align with messaging and audience expectations.
• Manage assigned projects from concept through completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
• Apply feedback efficiently and deliver revisions based on written guidance and occasional virtual meetings when needed.
• Maintain consistency across different brand identities while adapting designs for various industries and marketing channels.
• Organize and prioritize personal project queues while proactively communicating timelines, challenges, and progress.
• Stay informed on current design trends, especially those relevant to real estate and small-business marketing.
• Contribute ideas to improve creative processes, templates, and overall design efficiency.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a creative and self-driven designer with professional experience producing digital and print assets. They should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment and managing multiple projects with strong organizational skills.

• 1+ years of professional graphic design experience through agency, freelance, or in-house roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital and print design projects.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Solid understanding of typography, composition, branding principles, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating marketing materials for businesses, brands, or consumer audiences.
• Ability to communicate clearly in written English, with conversational English skills for occasional meetings.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and adapting designs quickly based on client requirements.
• Basic copywriting skills for design-related content such as headlines and calls-to-action are a plus.
• Reliable computer capable of running professional design software and a stable high-speed internet connection.
• Ability to work effectively with a remote team and maintain consistent communication.
