Accountabilities:

In this role, you will contribute to the growth and success of transformer product solutions by driving market understanding, product improvements, and strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure products remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with customer expectations.

• Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, customer requirements, competitive developments, and their impact on transformer product portfolios.
• Analyze customer needs and competitor activities to define product differentiation strategies and identify market opportunities.
• Evaluate technical requirements and perform competitive assessments to identify product gaps and improvement areas.
• Manage and maintain technical specifications for assigned products to ensure market relevance and competitiveness.
• Drive product performance improvements through benchmarking, quality feedback analysis, and continuous optimization initiatives.
• Ensure products comply with applicable international standards, regulations, and internal guidelines throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support new product development by translating market insights into actionable recommendations for product roadmaps.
• Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and communication materials to support product launches and market positioning.
• Deliver training sessions and product knowledge workshops for internal teams and relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and business development to support product success.
• Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and accountability while ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry standards.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical knowledge, product management experience, and strong communication skills. You should be comfortable working in a global environment, analyzing complex market dynamics, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, market analysis, or a similar position within the transformer, electrical equipment, or energy industry.
• Strong technical understanding of transformer technologies, energy solutions, and related industrial applications.
• Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and translating insights into product strategies.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate technical product benefits effectively.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating with global and cross-functional teams.
