Accountabilities:

• Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA implementation, conversion, and tax transformation projects from planning through delivery.
• Apply SAP Activate methodology to ensure efficient project execution, following best practices for scope, timeline, quality, and budget management.
• Define project plans, schedules, objectives, resource allocation, and financial requirements.
• Ensure business requirements are properly identified, documented, and translated into effective SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams, including consultants, IT professionals, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Manage integrations between SAP S/4HANA and existing enterprise systems and platforms.
• Monitor project progress, provide regular updates, and maintain alignment with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure successful user training activities and provide support during post-implementation phases.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks while developing mitigation strategies and practical solutions.
• Support decision-making processes by providing clear technical and business recommendations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager leading SAP S/4HANA implementation, conversion, and transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology, with practical experience applying it in large-scale projects.
• Experience managing at least two SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Solid background in SAP project management and enterprise resource planning environments.
• Knowledge of Cloud ALM and SAP S/4HANA conversion processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and business expectations.
• Strong understanding of business processes, particularly within service-oriented industries.
• SAP Activate, PMP, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, team management, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage complex transformation initiatives.
