Accountabilities:

The Full Stack Software Engineer will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered applications while collaborating with customers and internal teams. Key responsibilities include:

• Build and ship full-stack applications powered by AI technologies and modern software development practices.
• Develop scalable workflows and user experiences that address real customer needs.
• Collaborate directly with enterprise customers and product teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Extend platform capabilities and improve frontend experiences through thoughtful UI/UX implementation.
• Work with platform and research teams to integrate AI capabilities into production environments.
• Write clean, efficient, tested, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.
• Take ownership of features from initial concept through development, deployment, and iteration.
• Contribute to technical decisions and help shape product improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a skilled full-stack engineer with strong software development experience, a product mindset, and the ability to take ownership of end-to-end solutions. Required qualifications include:

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building production applications.
• Proven experience delivering user-facing products from concept to launch.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Vue or React, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience designing and developing full-stack applications across frontend and backend systems.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, testing, and maintainable code architecture.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A strong ownership mentality with the ability to independently drive projects from idea through production.
• Product-oriented mindset with a focus on creating solutions that deliver measurable user value.
• Experience with AI, LLM-powered applications, or enterprise/B2B software solutions is a plus.
