Accountabilities:

• Design scalable, maintainable, and secure application architectures aligned with business requirements and established technical standards.

• Evaluate technical approaches and recommend solutions that balance performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical designs, implementation strategies, feature estimates, and release plans.

• Develop and deploy scalable web applications while taking ownership of both front-end and back-end functionality.

• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Develop robust server-side applications using technologies such as Python, Java, or Node.js.

• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs with databases and third-party services while optimizing performance for high-volume requests.

• Design and optimize database schemas, write efficient SQL queries, and maintain data integrity and performance.

• Apply appropriate database technologies, including SQL databases and basic NoSQL solutions where relevant.

• Write unit tests, perform integration testing, debug applications, and proactively resolve software defects and performance issues.

• Investigate production issues through log analysis, debugging, and root-cause analysis.

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and consistency.

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to define requirements and deliver solutions on schedule.

• Create and maintain technical documentation covering system architecture, APIs, coding standards, development processes, and user guidance.

• Identify opportunities to improve application performance, code quality, development workflows, and overall engineering practices.

• Stay current with evolving web development technologies and contribute ideas for continuous technical improvement.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in full stack development, covering both front-end and back-end engineering.

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Professional experience with back-end development using Python, Java, or Node.js.

• Familiarity with relevant frameworks such as Django, Spring, or Express is an advantage.

• Strong experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs.

• Deep understanding of SQL databases, including schema design and query optimization.

• Basic familiarity with NoSQL databases.

• Experience using Git and working within collaborative software development workflows.

• Strong understanding of web security principles and practical experience implementing secure development practices.

• Strong debugging, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and application-optimization skills.

• Ability to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable solutions.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Self-motivated and proactive approach to development, with a willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.

• Strong attention to code quality, maintainability, testing, and technical documentation.
