Accountabilities:

The role focuses on delivering high-quality software and application solutions while ensuring alignment with business needs, technology standards, and operational goals.

• Design, configure, and support software components and solutions that meet business requirements and security governance standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver technical documentation, application configurations, and implementation support.
• Optimize technology services by identifying improvement opportunities, recommending solutions, and reducing operational risks.
• Manage service performance by planning, measuring, reporting, and communicating improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, external providers, and leadership teams to ensure effective service delivery.
• Support vendor identification, evaluation, onboarding, governance, and ongoing relationship management.
• Coordinate service requests, purchase orders, invoices, and payment processes with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to software development, configuration, security, and operational processes.
• Provide guidance on technical issues, resolutions, and opportunities to maximize technology investments.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong software engineering knowledge combined with experience managing enterprise technology services, stakeholders, and complex projects.

• Proven experience in software engineering, application management, or technology service delivery within a global enterprise environment.
• Experience collaborating with multiple IT vendors and managing outsourced technology services.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders, influence decision-making, and communicate effectively with technical and business audiences.
• Experience with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL or similar methodologies.
• Background working with international teams and supporting regional or global technology operations.
• Ability to lead discussions, resolve challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of software development, application configuration, security practices, and technology governance.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
