    • Diagnose and resolve technical issues across the entire application stack, from user interfaces to APIs and data layers.
    • Own features end-to-end, from technical planning and implementation through deployment and production support.
    • Contribute to architecture decisions and help establish technical direction as a senior individual contributor.
    • Participate in code reviews, testing improvements, and engineering best practices to maintain high-quality development standards.
    • Mentor other engineers and support a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Partner with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
    • Continuously improve development workflows, system performance, and platform reliability.
    • Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced software engineer who thrives in dynamic environments and has a strong background in full-stack development, modern web technologies, and scalable SaaS applications.

      • 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
      • Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and Angular, preferably Angular versions 17+.
      • Proven ability to work across the full technology stack and contribute to multiple product areas.
      • Experience owning software features from initial requirements through production delivery.
      • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
      • Comfortable working independently, managing ambiguity, and adapting to changing priorities.
      • Experience contributing to architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
      • Strong collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Preferred qualifications include:

        • Experience with fleet management systems, scheduling platforms, automotive SaaS, or B2B dealer-facing technology.
        • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Semaphore or GitHub Actions.
        • Exposure to AI-assisted development workflows and tools.
        • Experience mentoring engineers or improving engineering processes.
        • Benefits:

          • Competitive base salary ranging from $140,000 to $150,000.
          • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
          • 401(k) retirement plan.
          • Paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays.
          • Career growth opportunities within an innovative technology environment.
          • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
