Accountabilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, data science, and engineering) to architect scalable, effective frontend solutions.

Lead the full lifecycle of feature development, from proof-of-concept to delivery, with a focus on usability, performance, and reliability.

Proactively identify opportunities for product improvements, using data insights and user feedback to drive meaningful enhancements.

Mentor teammates, provide guidance on technical challenges, and foster a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture.

Participate actively in code reviews, architecture design, and specification reviews to ensure maintainable and extensible solutions.

Contribute to improving engineering processes, tooling, and best practices for frontend development and observability.

Stay up to date with modern frontend trends and apply new approaches to optimize product quality, user experience, and team productivity.

5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on frontend engineering.

Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries, especially React.

Experience building data-driven products such as analytics dashboards, experimentation platforms, or large-scale visualizations.

Strong skills in designing, implementing, and maintaining RESTful APIs.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and understanding customer workflows and business impact.

Demonstrated ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
