Accountabilities

The Senior Frontend Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and continuously improving frontend solutions while ensuring scalability, performance, and a high-quality user experience.

• Develop and evolve the frontend layer of an AI-powered platform using modern web technologies.
• Build responsive, accessible, and visually consistent interfaces focused on usability and performance.
• Create complex visual workflows, interactive experiences, and process-driven user journeys.
• Structure and improve frontend architecture with strong practices around componentization, state management, and maintainability.
• Develop reusable components and scalable frontend structures using React.
• Implement complex flow-based interfaces using React Flow.
• Build modern applications using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Integrate frontend solutions with REST APIs and backend services to ensure smooth user experiences.
• Collaborate closely with product, backend, and design teams to define integrations, workflows, and API contracts.
• Establish frontend coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices.
• Ensure application quality through testing, performance optimization, accessibility improvements, and responsive design.
• Support frontend deployment processes, including build pipelines and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the evolution of user experiences and the technical maturity of the platform.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has strong frontend development experience, a solid understanding of modern web architecture, and the ability to contribute both technically and strategically.

• Proven experience developing frontend applications with React.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience building modern, responsive, and scalable web interfaces.
• Solid understanding of component-based development, reusable components, and application state management.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
• Knowledge of frontend architecture principles and clean code practices.
• Experience improving application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Familiarity with frontend testing practices and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to work hands-on while also providing technical direction and architectural guidance.
• Strong collaboration skills with product, backend, and design teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear, efficient, and user-friendly interface solutions.

Nice to have:

• Experience using React Flow to build complex visual workflows.
• Background working with platforms involving automation, workflows, or process-oriented interfaces.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and frontend deployment workflows.
