Accountabilities:

• Conceptualize, visualize, and design special effects, animations, motion graphics, and other visual elements for explainer, promotional, and interview-style videos.
• Produce animated graphics ranging from lower thirds, logos, and bumpers to complete motion graphics productions.
• Modify, adapt, and rework existing motion graphics assets and templates to meet project requirements.
• Create custom graphics and animations using established templates and creative assets.
• Collaborate effectively with clients and internal team members to understand creative requirements and deliver high-quality work.
• Manage multiple projects with varying levels of complexity while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in multimedia design, motion graphics, video editing, animation, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or a related discipline is preferred.
• A strong reel or portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animation, visual effects, and design capabilities.
• Strong foundational knowledge of layout, color, grids, icons, typography, proportion, photography, and motion/rich media.
• Expert-level knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience working with After Effects templates and developing custom graphics.
• Ability to use screen-recording software such as Camtasia.
• Experience creating content designed to appeal to broad audiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects, work under pressure, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, quality-focused, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Must own a Mac- or Windows-based PC or laptop suitable for professional creative work.
