Accountabilities

• Own the complete lifecycle of AI agent deployments, from initial discovery and requirements gathering through implementation, launch, monitoring, and continuous optimization.
• Design and configure AI agent workflows, decision logic, automation behaviors, and conversational experiences to improve accuracy, reliability, and customer outcomes.
• Develop and implement validation frameworks, testing processes, and guardrails to ensure secure, compliant, and predictable AI agent performance.
• Build, test, and maintain integrations with enterprise systems such as CRM platforms, ticketing solutions, telephony systems, and data infrastructure.
• Partner with customer technical teams and stakeholders to define success criteria, understand business challenges, and deliver solutions aligned with operational goals.
• Translate customer requirements into clear technical implementation plans, documentation, and scalable deployment strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and go-to-market teams to improve platform capabilities and create repeatable implementation processes.
• Gather customer feedback, identify product improvement opportunities, and contribute insights that influence future AI agent development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Implementation Engineering, Technical Consulting, Technical Product Management, or a similar position.
• Strong technical foundation with experience writing code, working with APIs, and building end-to-end integrations.
• Proven experience delivering production-grade enterprise solutions involving testing, validation, troubleshooting, and iterative improvement.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with strong ownership, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work EST hours, including approximately 3:30 AM IST schedules.
• Experience building applications with Large Language Models (LLMs) or AI agents, including prompting, evaluation, guardrails, or workflow design, is highly preferred.
• Experience integrating enterprise SaaS platforms, data systems, CRM tools, or ticketing solutions with strong attention to security and compliance is a plus.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• Strong product mindset with the ability to define success metrics, identify customer needs, and contribute to product evolution.
