Accountabilities:

The AI Engineering Specialist will be responsible for leading the continuous evolution of AI solutions, ensuring that tools, processes, and practices are aligned with organizational goals. The role requires a strategic mindset, technical leadership, and the ability to influence teams while promoting responsible and effective AI adoption.

• Define and evolve the AI platform roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on business value and team needs.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure continuous improvement and delivery of AI capabilities.
• Act as a technical reference for leadership and teams, promoting AI adoption and knowledge sharing across the organization.
• Serve as the main point of contact for AI-related topics, supporting teams with guidance and best practices.
• Create and implement policies, guidelines, and standards for responsible AI usage.
• Contribute to the development and formalization of AI adoption processes at an organizational level.
• Lead the rollout of established AI practices within teams, ensuring effective adoption and alignment with defined standards.
• Support cultural transformation initiatives related to the use of artificial intelligence.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a technology professional with experience in AI solutions, roadmap definition, and organizational transformation. They should combine technical knowledge with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across different teams to drive innovation.

• Proven experience defining and evolving technology roadmaps, especially related to Artificial Intelligence solutions.
• Ability to act as a technical reference and positively influence technology culture within organizations.
• Experience creating policies, guidelines, and frameworks for responsible AI usage.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including product and engineering areas.
• Experience leading change management initiatives and supporting technology adoption.
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect technical and business perspectives.
• Strategic thinking, autonomy, and curiosity to explore emerging AI technologies.

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of software engineering practices and agile methodologies.
• Experience with multi-agent platforms and Generative AI tools.
• Strong ability to communicate with different audiences and act as a bridge between teams.
