Accountabilities:

The Director, Product Management - AI Platform & Data will define and execute the product vision for AI-driven experiences, platform capabilities, and data-powered solutions. This leader will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, enabling scalable AI adoption, and building products that create long-term competitive differentiation.

• Own and execute the product strategy for AI-native and agentic experiences, shaping how intelligent workflows transform customer interactions.
• Lead the development and evolution of the AI/ML platform layer that enables advanced capabilities across products in partnership with Engineering, Machine Learning, and Data Science teams.
• Build and execute a multi-phase roadmap to transform extensive data assets into customer-facing value through insights, intelligence, benchmarking, and predictive capabilities.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers focused on AI platform and data products, fostering strong execution and strategic thinking.
• Partner closely with senior technical and business leaders to align product direction with company growth objectives.
• Define product priorities, investment areas, and success metrics for AI and data initiatives.
• Drive innovation in conversational experiences, automation, and intelligent workflows powered by emerging AI technologies.
• Influence organizational strategy by providing clear product perspectives and data-driven recommendations.
• Champion customer-focused product development by connecting AI capabilities with real user needs and business outcomes.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a senior product leader with extensive experience building AI platforms, data-driven products, and scalable technology solutions. They should combine strategic leadership with strong technical understanding and the ability to collaborate effectively with executive-level stakeholders.

• Proven experience leading product strategy and execution for AI/ML platforms at scale.
• Demonstrated success building AI capabilities beyond individual features, including platforms that enable broad product innovation.
• Experience designing and launching agentic products, including knowledge of LLM-powered workflows, autonomous agents, and AI-driven user experiences.
• Strong background working with data as a core product differentiator and value driver.
• Director-level product management experience, preferably within high-growth, platform transformation, or technology-driven organizations.
• Ability to operate effectively as a strategic peer with senior Engineering, Data Science, and business leaders.
• Strong product vision and communication skills, with the ability to influence direction and drive alignment across teams.
• Track record of building products from strategy through execution and demonstrating measurable business impact.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing product teams.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and make decisions in rapidly evolving environments.
