This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a DevOps Sênior [Plataforma] based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to design, evolve, and maintain highly scalable cloud infrastructure supporting a growing technology platform.
The DevOps Senior professional will play a key role in improving reliability, automation, security, and operational efficiency across engineering environments.
You will work with modern cloud technologies, infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and observability solutions to enable continuous delivery.
The position combines technical leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration with engineering teams to build robust and efficient systems.
You will contribute to DevOps culture by promoting automation, best practices, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Accountabilities:

    The DevOps Senior professional will be responsible for designing and improving cloud infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, security, and operational excellence. The role requires strong technical ownership, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to guide teams toward better engineering practices.

    • Plan, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure using AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, RDS, ElastiCache, CloudWatch, S3, and IAM.
    • Manage and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, or similar solutions.
    • Automate infrastructure provisioning and management through Infrastructure as Code tools including Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
    • Ensure effective monitoring, observability, and system performance management using tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Grafana.
    • Apply DevSecOps practices, including cloud security policies, IAM management, audits, and vulnerability analysis.
    • Lead technical incident resolution processes, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and post-mortem reviews.
    • Mentor team members and promote DevOps culture, automation practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to define development and deployment standards aligned with industry best practices.
    • Support the evolution of infrastructure platforms by treating reliability and scalability as core product priorities.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Cloud and DevOps environments, with a solid technical foundation in infrastructure automation, security, and modern software delivery practices.

      • Experience working with AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, ElastiCache, and RDS.
      • Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
      • Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines with Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
      • Knowledge of containers and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
      • Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, or Datadog.
      • Understanding of cloud security practices and DevSecOps principles.
      • Experience managing critical incidents, conducting post-mortem analyses, and implementing preventive actions.
      • Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis, Software Engineering, or related fields.
      • Strong communication skills, collaboration mindset, and ability to mentor technical teams.
      • Additional experience that will be considered a plus:

        • AWS certifications.
        • Experience with SaaS platforms or digital products.
        • Knowledge of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
        • Experience supporting large-scale web applications.
        • Development experience with JavaScript and Node.js.
        • Familiarity with messaging systems such as SQS, SNS, or Kafka.
