The role combines backend and frontend development using .NET, C#, Angular, APIs, databases, and system integrations.

Accountabilities
- Translate business requirements into clear, structured, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Develop, maintain, and evolve applications using C#, .NET, Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Build and integrate REST APIs, relational and non-relational databases, and connections between different systems.
- Use AI-powered tools to support software development, documentation, testing, refactoring, debugging, and code analysis.
- Critically review code and solutions created with AI assistance, ensuring quality, security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Contribute to API design, data modeling, system integrations, and technical decision-making.
- Apply sound software architecture principles, coding standards, design patterns, and separation of responsibilities.
- Participate in code reviews and identify opportunities to improve technical quality and development practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes, technical standards, and delivery quality.
- Collaborate effectively with technical teams and business areas to understand needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Solid experience with C# and .NET development.
- Experience developing and maintaining REST APIs.
- Experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Knowledge of SQL Server or other relational database technologies.
- Experience with Entity Framework and LINQ.
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and system integrations.
- Understanding of software architecture fundamentals, code organization, design patterns, and separation of responsibilities.
- Experience using Git and collaborative version-control practices.
- Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to review code, identify technical issues, and recommend improvements.
- Experience using AI tools to support development, code analysis, documentation, testing, or related engineering activities.
- Good communication, organization, autonomy, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into practical technical solutions.
- Experience with tools such as Claude, Cursor, Codex, or similar AI development assistants is a plus.
- Familiarity with specification-driven development, technical documentation, or Spec-Driven Development is an advantage.
- Knowledge of automated testing, CI/CD, observability, logging, and failure analysis is desirable.
