Accountabilities:

The professional will be responsible for designing, developing, and evolving full stack solutions focused on artificial intelligence applications, automation, and business impact.

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end applications, including architectures based on autonomous AI agent workflows.
• Build custom integrations, connectors, APIs, and microservices with AI providers, ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
• Analyze existing processes and data sources to create efficient data pipelines that support AI models and applications.
• Develop solutions that integrate large language models (LLMs) into business processes and digital products.
• Act as a technical reference for development teams through code reviews, technical guidance, and support in solving complex engineering challenges.
• Define and promote best practices for AI application development, automation, and software engineering.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, including API costs, token consumption, response latency, error rates, and accuracy metrics.
• Collaborate with business teams to transform complex needs into practical and innovative technology solutions.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have strong full stack development experience combined with practical knowledge of artificial intelligence, automation, and modern software development practices.

• Hands-on mindset with curiosity, critical thinking, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Proven experience working with generative AI technologies, including LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar solutions.
• Experience with prompt engineering, AI automation tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n, and low-code/no-code AI platforms.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, practical solutions for business areas such as Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, present innovative ideas, and support organizational change.
• Experience developing full stack applications and integrating systems through APIs.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, scalable architectures, and modern development workflows.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Basic or intermediate Python knowledge focused on data and AI applications.
• Previous experience working in startups, innovation hubs, or fast-paced technology environments.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
