Accountabilities:

• Develop and evolve production-grade features using React Native across iOS and Android, as well as web applications built with React and Vue.js.
• Participate throughout the full development lifecycle, including technical refinement, implementation, code reviews, testing, and releases.
• Write and maintain unit tests using Jest and Testing Library, ensuring appropriate coverage for critical application flows.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, engineering standards, and development best practices within the squad.
• Identify opportunities to improve application quality, maintainability, and performance while continuously reducing technical debt.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary and distributed teams to deliver reliable digital products and maintain a strong development workflow.
• Participate actively in code reviews, sharing knowledge and helping reinforce clean, maintainable, and scalable frontend practices.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience working with React Native and/or React in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, including advanced typing, generics, and modern development practices.
• Solid experience with unit testing using Jest and Testing Library.
• Strong knowledge of React Hooks, Context API, and state management approaches.
• Professional experience with Git, pull requests, code reviews, and collaborative software development.
• Comfortable working across both mobile and web projects, adapting frontend practices to different platforms and technical contexts.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the autonomy to contribute to technical discussions and improvements.
• Nice to have: experience with Vue.js, particularly the Composition API.
• Nice to have: previous experience working on fintech products or financial platforms.
• Nice to have: knowledge of Clean Code and SOLID principles applied to frontend development.
• Nice to have: experience with Firebase, particularly Remote Config and Realtime Database.
• Nice to have: familiarity with CI/CD practices for mobile and web applications.
• Nice to have: experience with Package-by-Feature or other feature-based architecture approaches.
