Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to design, develop, and deliver process automation solutions that support clients’ digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain automation workflows using Microsoft Power Apps, with a strong focus on Power Automate.
• Translate business and process requirements into practical, scalable, and efficient automation solutions.
• Apply programming knowledge to support automation projects and develop integrations or custom solutions when required.
• Contribute actively throughout the project lifecycle, from understanding requirements through implementation and delivery.
• Work closely with team members and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality technical solutions and successful project outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, optimization, and the effective use of technology.
• Stay current with emerging automation and digital transformation technologies and contribute ideas for improving project delivery.
• Participate in technical knowledge-sharing and collaborative development activities, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Requirements

• Completed university degree.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in process automation.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, particularly Power Automate.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language or scripting technology, such as .NET, Python, PHP, Java, C#, VBA, VBScript, or a comparable language.
• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in professional and technical contexts.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate requirements into practical automation solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering reliable solutions.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a project team.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, frameworks, and approaches in a fast-moving digital environment.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of Machine Learning, Business Intelligence, or process automation concepts.
• Nice to have: Advanced Excel knowledge.
• Nice to have: Experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-powered productivity tools.
