Accountabilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance software functionalities using C# and .NET.

• Participate actively in daily team meetings and contribute to discussions around progress, priorities, and technical challenges.

• Collaborate with product and development teams to understand requirements and define effective technical solutions.

• Document functionalities, technical processes, and application flows when required.

• Participate in client meetings when necessary to understand needs, clarify requirements, and support solution development.

• Contribute to code quality, maintainability, and the continuous improvement of development practices.

• Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, tools, and software development standards.

• Work collaboratively with team members while taking ownership of assigned activities and delivering agreed outcomes.

Requirements

• Higher education currently in progress or completed in Information Technology or a related technology field.

• Professional experience developing software with C# and .NET.

• Practical knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.

• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Availability and willingness to participate actively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

• Genuine interest in continuous learning and developing new technical skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining organization, communication, and accountability.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new technologies and development patterns.
